Director - Writer - Producer

Tyler Young is a journalist turned filmmaker from Greenville, SC. She earned her B.A. in Mass Communication from Winthrop University. Tyler produces branded content, documentaries, and narrative projects, including Gaps, a 2024 NAACP Image Award-nominated short film presented by Queen Latifah’s Queen Collective program in partnership with Tribeca Studios and Procter & Gamble. Tyler wrote and directed the dark comedy short film Dying Laughing, the 2024 Black Harvest Film Festival Audience Award winner.

Tyler began her career in programming at Hearst Television and later worked as a morning news producer in Charlotte, N.C. Tyler took a leap of faith in 2015 by leaving the newsroom and entering the documentary space. She has produced historical and social justice documentaries for VICE, Prime Video, and PBS. Her credits include the 2021 Emmy and Peabody-nominated documentary Downing of a Flag. 

Tyler is a 2023 Project Involve alum at Film Independent. She wrote Saving All My Love, a dramatic comedy loosely based on her life. Her screenplay, Body Count, was an Academy Nicholl screenwriting quarterfinalist in 2022.

Executive Producer

Stevee-Rayne Warren is a Baton Rouge, Louisiana-born Producer and Film and TV Workforce Development specialist.  She is currently the Workforce Program Director at New Orleans Video Access Center, where she manages community-based career readiness and job placement programs locally and across the country through

consulting partnerships. Some notable productions she has recruited and consulted for include: Succession, Insecure, Euphoria, All American, King Richard, The Color Purple, Iron Claw, Rebel Ridge, and more. 

Stevee-Rayne is an Executive Board Member of the Baton Rouge Film Commission and the Louisiana Academy of Production. She graduated from Southern University with a BA in English Literature and Liberal Arts, is an ABFF Greenlighters Academy alumna, and was a NOFF (New Orleans Pitch 2024) finalist.

Stevee-Rayne has a passion for socially moving stories and for empowering individuals from different backgrounds to tell them. She is deeply invested in assisting those outside of Hollywood and other larger production markets to break into the film and television industry. She is currently based in Louisiana and is the mother of a ten-year-old daughter.

Cinematographer

Reyna Hope is a cinematographer and photographer from the outskirts of New Orleans, Louisiana. She first started visualizing stories as a child, beginning with wanting to tell her own bedtime stories. Around the same time, she became infatuated with her mom’s VHS camera, and unknowingly started her career in the pictures.

Seeing life through her unique eye, that initial interest grew into a deeper appreciation of light, perspective, textures, and the feelings they evoked. Her sensitivity to those qualities, combined with the desire to build connection through film, led her into the arms of cinematography.

Making images is her way of honoring life. Whether it be a crafted narrative or in documenting reality, her mindset when creating is “Look at this thing I experienced! I was fortunate enough to be in that moment, perceive it and now I share this interpretation with you”. 

Reyna is based in Los Angeles, California. When she’s not on set you’ll probably find her on some hill, at sunset, taking the 14,785th photo of her dog.

Editor

Randi Atkins discovered her passion for storytelling through editing in high school and has been committed to the craft ever since.

 As a First Assistant Editor she has worked on several documentaries, episodic shows, and feature films, such as The Keepers (Netflix) Brockmire (IFC), The Starling (Netflix), and Brittany Runs a Marathon (Amazon), and is especially looking forward to the release of EXPATS on Amazon in which she was both the First Assistant Editor and VFX Editor.

Randi has worked under the mentorship of editors Peter Teschner, Matt Friedman A.C.E., Avril Beukes A.C.E., and Alex O’Flinn A.C.E., who have all been generous in refining and supporting her craft.

As an editor, her work has shown at festivals such as Newport Beach, Saint Louis International Film Festival, LA Shorts International Fest, Holly Shorts, and more. She was awarded Best Editing at the St. Louis Filmmakers Showcase for her work on the short film, Waiting To Die In Bayside Queens.

Randi recently completed an editing fellowship with Film Independent’s Project Involve where she was a part of creating the short film, Saving All My Love, from the scriptwriting stage all the way to delivery.

Outside of the cutting room, Randi is a faculty member at the American Film Institute, where she created a masterclass on Assistant Editing and how to succeed in post-production.
